How the partnership works.

What changes when J and R is on the job. Four things every client gets, in writing and in practice.

Specialized crews for every job.

We don’t send landscapers to mow or mowers to landscape. Mowing, fine gardening, mulch and bed work, hardscape, snow. Each has its own division. You get the right team for the task, every time.

Proactive site visits from your account manager.

Your account manager walks the property on a regular cadence. They verify contracted work is delivered, and they flag anything that needs your attention or could improve. You get a written summary.

You’ll never have to chase us.

You’ll know when crews are coming. You’ll know what we did. You’ll always know what’s next.

Full-time office, year-round.

Staffed 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, every month of the year. Call during those hours with admin questions, COI requests, scope changes, or invoicing. A person picks up.
